Privacy Policy
Boca Icecream collects only the information needed to fulfill your order — name, contact details, and shipping address. We never sell your data. Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.
Refund Policy
Unopened pints may be returned within 7 days for a full refund. Ice cream is perishable; if an order arrives melted or damaged, contact us within 24 hours and we'll replace it at no charge.
Shipping Policy
Orders ship within 1 business day in insulated packaging with dry ice. Delivery times vary by destination. Tracking is provided for every order. Reach out to hello@bocaicecream.com with any delivery questions.
